Cannady Architects

Cannady is one of the three original developers of this two-city blocks mixed-use project and the architect who put together a design team composed of his former students, Rob Rogers (‘81,’83) of Rogers Partners and David Calkins (‘81,’83) of Gensler. The mixed-use program included 365 apartment units, 50,000 sf retail space and a 750 space parking garage, the partially completed project began leasing in the summer of 2017.
